The issue of our 300 Baud rate limit on HF has not thing to do with the use of proprietary protocols.
Now this fellow has rolled “Amateur Radio” and “National Security Threat” onto one page. Our Congressmen, who know nothing about what they legislate will equate this to “Amateur Radio bad” and not do us hams any favors.
